Warranty

For the ordered products we contract warranty according to the rules of Ptk. 305. §. In case of wrong fulfillment you should tell it to our customer service as soon as possible in written variation.

In case of wrong fulfillment your order in Ptk. 306. § according to specified warranty sequence: - primarily we interchange – if we can’t exchange it, in your choice we give you discount, or you can desist from your order, and you can ask for the refunding of your money. We don’t refund the conveyance charge.

In case of unimportant faulty you can’t cancel the order. In case of wrong fulfilment the warranty costs (for example interchange or conveyance charge of returning the goods) debit the Hunnia Daunen Ltd.
